The USHS Athletics Carnival is on Thursday & Friday of Week 10 (22nd-23rd June).
To compete in Javelin and/or Discus you will need to have the signed HIGH RISK permission form. You can access this form by clicking here, or collecting one at Student Services.
Students must bring the permission to the teacher running the event on the day - there are separate slips for discus & javelin.
If a student does not bring their permission form, they will not be able to compete in the event.
