Our school is a friendly, happy, and busy place where our focus is on developing individual and collective excellence; for an inclusive, dynamic, and cohesive community.

We are proud to serve our Urangan, and wider Hervey Bay, community through our pursuit of a just cause: to empower a community of curious learners, creative thinkers, and connected humans. This cause means that our team works alongside students to develop a safe, supportive, and inclusive culture that fosters a sense of belonging and purpose for all; enabling us to be firmly grounded in the local partnerships that our idyllic coastal community affords, and globally connected through a focus on the values of curiosity and creativity that underpin our global competencies. In doing this, we help to discover the best within all students, through high quality educational and social experiences that expose them to new ideas, new ways, and new possibilities - ultimately supporting every student to have opportunities for "what comes next".

As Principal, my focus is on the support of our staff and community to deliver on this promise for students. I firmly believe that digital literacy sits alongside critical literacy and citizenship as the bedrocks of a successful 21st Century education. By ensuring that our staff have the right structures and spaces to deliver this education, and working alongside our Fraser Coast community as equal partners in developing well-rounded citizens, I know that each and every student is well supported to identify and pursue their opportunities for "what comes next" in their life beyond school.
