Creative Generation (CGen) is an annual performing arts event for state schools that involves over 1500 students. USHS students have participated in this event every year since it began!
Our CGen team travelled to the Convention Centre in Brisbane for a week of rehearsals leading to a four show spectacular featuring 1800 performers & crew. Congratulations to Addi, Ben, Dakota, Hayley, Iluka, Layla, Lily & Yvette for representing USHS.
Between dance and Choir rehearsals, Ms Young and the Choir took a tour of Griffith University’s Conservatorium of Music with USHS alumnus, William Pipe who is studying composing.
Lily and Layla stumbled across the public piano at QPAC and couldn’t resist the chance to perform - https://fb.watch/lSPHToxWTj/
