​USHS will be hosting our 2025 VET Pathways Information Evening on Tuesday 9th July (Week 1, Term 3) in the Resource Centre from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.

This information session is targeted at students who are interested in participating in a 2025 TAFE at School program or enrolling in our onsite USHS Health Hub to study a Certificate II or III in Health Support Services (Axiom College). 

Students currently in Year 9, 10 and 11 are eligible to undertake a VET course in 2025. 

Topics at the VET Pathways information session include;

  • What is Vocational Education and Training (VET)?
  • What is a TAFE at School program?
  • What is the USHS Health Hub Cert II and Cert III in Health Support Services program?
  • What are the benefits of undertaking a VET course whilst at school?
  • How does this work as part of a school week?
  • What courses are on offer?
  • What is the application process?
  • How is it funded?

Representatives from both TAFE and Axiom College will be presenting on the night and available for questions to be answered.

Applications for the USHS Health Hub are via application pack - available at the information evening or from Student Services in Term 3.
